so, this is pretty exciting: i got a job on friday. it was actually pretty sweet how it all played out. i was at the mall with my mom and her friend and i had been handing out resumes. we stopped in front of this store that sells old lady clothes and my mom's friend suggested i apply there because they were hiring. so i did, because at this point, no job in retail is beneath me! i walked in, handed the manager my resume and she had me fill out an application on the spot. then she said i'm hired and to call her when i figure out my class schedule so we can establish a work one. sweeet.
